RETURNS

At Capeesh Supply International ApS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items within 14 days of delivery to your pick-up point. To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition and include all original packaging and tags. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged.

Note, we do not accept returns on accessories such as headwear, belts, or patches.

Items purchased in partner stores can only be returned to the specific partner store where you bought your products. Please note that the partner stores do not accept returns of online purchases.

Please note that you will not be refunded the initial postage cost unless a mistake has been made by Capeesh Supply International ApS. Capeesh Supply International ApS is not responsible for any return shipping fees or lost returns.

EXCHANGING GOODS

We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item, you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online or purchase in store.

RETURNING A PACKAGE

Before returning any items, please contact us at noproblemo@capeeshsupply.online and include your order number in the email. Packages sent without prior contact will not be accepted. If your return request meets our policies, we will provide you with a link or more information depending on the country you are shipping from.

When returning an international package, please clearly mark the package as "returned goods". Capeesh Supply International ApS is not responsible for any return customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

After receiving your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be issued.
